iPhone apps generally can only come from the app store. To use a beta app,
the developer needs to incorporate your specific device's UDID number.
To get it, you need to show your device in iTunes, select the summary page,
and then click on the Serial number. Then control-click on the UDID to copy
it, and paste it into an email to me.
