READ ME!

READ ME ... yeah, right. Right?

I'm sick of everyone else having on-line diaries. I want one too.

What is this all about? Maybe you should read the READ ME READ ME.

november 28, 1996: thanksgiving?
strength.patience.courage

On Thanksgiving we are all obligated to get together with our families or friends. People who work get a day off. We eat a lot. Men watch football.

Since I have no job, all days are the same to me. Thanksgiving I do not have to move my car, and I do not get any bills in the mail.

Thanksgiving was celebrated by the pilgrams, who thanked their god for the animals that did not belong to them, for the shelter they built by cutting down other people's trees, and for the harvest that arose bountifully on the farmland they stole.

Every day of the year I am thankful for my family, who are brilliant and brave, and support me undyingly, and for my friends, who stick with me when I call them at all hours of the night, who bring laughter into my depression, who force me to play to them the beginning part of all 20 of the Wesley Willis songs to show me that they are all the same, and whose creativity, honesty, loyalty and understanding never cease to amaze me.

And for my rabbit and my cat, who bring beauty to my small dusty apartment.

This Thanksgiving I am thankful that I am not receiving any bills in the mail.

Most of all I am thankful for the three things that keep me going:

Strength, patience, and courage.

thank-you for the mail.
